A panel of Kilosbayan leaders, headed by Ambassador Sedfrey Ordoñez, will ask questions during the open forum, following the speeches.
The forum will be held at 2 p.m., 3rd floor of the Shalom Center, located at 1660 Leon Ma. Guerrero St., (beside St. Paul College) Malate, Manila.
