MANILA, Philippines – 2015 Metro Manila Film Festival was able to reach the same gross earnings from 2014.
On a Facebook post on Friday, the film festival announced that its gross earnings reached P1.002 billion on its sixth day run in cinemas.
This is similar with their record from the 2014 film festival.
The four films which are on top, in no particular order, are “My Bebe Love,” “Beauty and the Bestie,” Haunted Mansion, and “#WalangForever.”
Other entries this year are “All You Need is Pag-ibig,” “Honor Thy Father,” “Buy Now, Die Later,” and “Nilalang.”
The film festival's run ended on Thursday, January 7. The MMFF executive committee is now tallying the final gross income and will announce the top earners of the year.
