“Sobrang thankful ako sa Dreamscape, kay sir Deo Endrinal sa trust na binigay nila sa malaking proyektong ito,” she said in an interview on Tuesday.
She admitted that there were times in her career where she felt giving up.
“Dumating din naman po ako sa point na, ‘Ayaw ko na, ang tagal-tagal na,’” she said about getting a big break in the industry. “Pero mabait si Lord, binibigay ni Lord ang gusto mo. So ‘yon talaga ang kailangan, patience lang, pray ka lang ng pray and darating ang para sa iyo.”
In “And I Love You So,” she portrays the role of Joanna, a girl raised by her mother (Dimples Romana) and uncle (Benjie Paras). Everyone loves her until she crosses paths with Trixie (Julia Barretto) who sees her as her rival. Their relationship takes a turn for the worse when Trixie’s dad (Tonton Gutierrez) marries Joanna’s mother.
With this project, Miles is making a big leap from comedy shows to heavy drama. She started in the youth gag show “Goin’ Bulilit” and is currently part of the sitcoms “Home Sweetie Home” and “Luv U.”
Although there’s a change in the genre of her new project, Miles is happy for the support of her fans.

“And I Love You So” will start airing on December 7 on the Kapamilya afternoon block of ABS-CBN.
