MANILA, Philippines – After capturing the hearts of primetime viewers for 15 weeks, My Faithful Husband is down to its last week.
The teleserye, topbilled by Dennis Trillo and Jennylyn Mercado with Mikael Daez and Louise delos Reyes, will air its final episode on Nov. 13.
When asked what fans and viewers should watch out for in the last week of My Faithful Husband, Jennylyn said that they will surely love the finale, which is neither tragic nor sad. Mikael agreed, saying he’s grateful to have worked with Dennis and Jennylyn, and award-winning director Joyce Bernal, “I’m glad na tinanggap ko ang show na ito, marami akong natutunan kay direk Joyce (Bernal), Jen and Dennis.”
Dennis shared that there’s still a lot of powerful scenes to look forward to in My Faithful Husband.
Louise, who plays Mylene (the younger sister of Mel, played by Jennylyn), revealed that the series will become even more intense.
Meanwhile, Louise showed her support to the Kalyeserye loveteam of Maine Mendoza and Alden Richards. “They look good together. I’m happy for them, especially Alden. Nagkaka-usap pa naman kami, last time ay yung nasa Japan siya through Viber.”
Also in the cast are Snooky Serna, Ricky Davao, Nonie Buencamino, Lloyd Samartino, Timmy Cruz, Rio Locsin, Jerald Napoles, Jade Lopez, Julia Lee, Jazz Ocampo, Aaron Yanga and Kevin Santos.
