MANILA, Philippines – Who needs a date when you’re Piolo Pascual?
The ABS-CBN actor proves one can be dapper without a date as he attended the 9th Star Magic Ball with son Inigo on Saturday. Piolo wore a black Dior suit, while Inigo was dashing in Francis Libiran.
The 38-year-old actor isn’t the only actor to go to the ball with a relative. Gerald Anderson went to the Star Magic Ball with niece Lira after two years of attending the event with Maja Salvador. The 26-year-old actor wore a Joey Espiritu suit.
Sam Milby, who was named Male Star of the Night, also went stag, just like last year. Paulo Avelino and Rayver Cruz also graced the red carpet alone.
Sam Concepcion was without a date this year, following his breakup with Jasmine Curtis-Smith, his date to the ball in 2013 and 2014.
Black and white colors were the prominent motif of the ensemble of the male stars at the Star Magic Ball. So Jake Cuenca’s red Boom Sason outfit was a standout on the red carpet. He brought with him girlfriend Sara Grace Kelley.
