Cocina Española at Richmonde Café

MANILA, Philippines - A fiesta of gastronomic delights take center stage at Richmonde Hotel Ortigas’ Richmonde Café. Transforming the café’s weekday lunch buffet and Friday dinner buffet into a Cocina Española is the café’s chefs who will serve serve an array of muy delicioso dishes from the flavorful cuisine of Spain.

The feast starts off with delectable aperitivos such as Croquetas de Jamon (Ham Croquettes), Hojas Verdes con Queso de Cabra Gratinado (Green Leaves with Grilled Goat Cheese), Pimientos Rellenos (Rice-stuffed Peppers), Potato and Serrano Croquettes and Ceviche. Filling the buffet tables are mouthwatering entrées, such as Pollo a la Riojana (Rioja-Style Chicken), Bacalao a la Tranca (Cod with Paprika and Potatoes), Lomo de Cerdo en Salsa de Jeres Pasas, (Pork Loin in Sherry-Raisin Sauce) and Paella Valencia. A sampling of postre, such as Churros in Chocolate and Caramel, Dulce de Leche and Provolones, gives a sweet ending to an exquisite dining experience.
