The ABS-CBN actress, however, said tying the knot with boyfriend Zanjoe Marudo is not yet in the horizon.
“Di ba, bilang babae meron tayong, 'Kung ako kaya?' But hindi naman parang seryoso. Yung mga ganun lang, ang sarap pag-isipan. Pero matagal pa yun (wedding),” Bea told reporters during the press conference for the finale week of her soap opera “Sana Bukas Pa Ang Kahapon” on Thursday.
This, however, does not pressure Bea into joining the bandwagon. “Hayaan muna natin sila. Ibigay muna natin sa kanila yung moment,” she quipped.
The 26-year-old actress said she and Zanjoe have not talked about when they will get married. However, she added that the ABS-CBN actor is open about wanting to settle down with her.
She also said they have good relations with each other's families.
"May gagawin akong pelikula kasama si Mr. Goma (Richard Gomez) at si Ms. Dawn (Zulueta). Pero baka pa-end na kami mag-roll kasi kailangan pang mag-train or something," Bea Alonzo said of her next project after "Sana Bukas Pa Ang Kahapon" ends. (Photo by Philstar.com/Chuck Smith)
In a previous TV interview, Zanjoe's family said they approve of Bea for the actor.
“Siyempre masaya ako na gusto nila ako maging kapamilya nila. Pero hindi pa kami ready,” Bea said. “Pero sobrang close ako sa family niya, close siya sa family ko.”
She added: “Happy ako kasi, siyempre, wala na akong ibang hihilingin na makatuluyan kundi siya (Zanjoe).”
This does not stop Bea from thinking about her dream wedding—although she admits being “fickle-minded” about it.
“Naku, marami,” she said when asked about her dream wedding. “Minsan fickle-minded ako pagdating d'yan—minsan beach, minsan cliff, minsan garden, minsan lake, minsan church. Iba-iba yung nasa utak ko so I really don't know at this point.”
Bea currently stars in the ABS-CBN primetime soap opera “Sana Bukas Pa Ang Kahapon,” which will end on Friday, October 10.
She's proud to have done the project, which saw her, at one point, playing characters Emmanuelle and Rose. Bea sees her role in the soap opera as an “acting piece.”
Bea revealed she is slated to do a movie with Richard Gomez and Dawn Zulueta before the end of the year.
