Belo’s Bodies of Work

Meet Belo’s Laser Lipo All-Star, shown in their “before” and “after” bodies. No needles nor knives needed. You blink and, voila, unsightly fats are gone. In two hours.

The six actresses in this feature are neither ashamed nor afraid to tell the world what they gone through.

  • Ruffa Gutierrez: Laser Lipo Arms (from full to flattering arms).
  • Jennylyn Mercado: Laser Lipo Arms (from  flabby to fabulous arms).
  • Grace Lee: Laser Lipo Arms (from shapeless to sculpted arms).
  • Angeline Quinto: Laser Lipo Arms (from bulky to beautiful arms).
  • Empress: Laser Lipo Thighs (from huge to hot thighs).
  • Kitkat: Laser Lipo Waist (from straight to sexy waist).

Now, let’s hear from them.

Some women cut their hair when something happens that they feel needs a change of life direction (as did Sarah Geronimo when her parents initially objected to her romance with Matteo Guidicelli or Kris Aquino when her and Quezon City Mayor Herbert Bautista’s ‘work in progress’ didn’t progress). What’s your take on this?

Ruffa: To each his own. I personally would not cut my hair unless I want a different look, not because something drastic has happened in my personal life.

Jennylyn: Whatever makes you happy, whether it’s changing your physical look or even your day-to-day activities, go for it!

Grace: Every now and then, women look for ways to refresh, and even drastically change certain aspects of their lives, whether minor physical change (such as haircut) or major career shifts. Whatever the motivation may be, I view this as a healthy expression. But as in all things, there must be limits, tolerance and agreeable reasons in such exercise as to keep it positive.

Angeline: Personally, nag-agree ako dito. A woman cuts her hair when she wants change not really in the direction of her life but more of perspective. The way I see it, cutting the hair is a woman’s way of changing her attitude toward a certain thing. It gives her a new sense of confidence because she feels that she’s starting over again or she feels that she becomes a better version of herself. Or because she feels the need to change herself to prove that she can handle change or whatever challenge she encounters in her life.

Empress: As long as you won’t regret it, do what you think will help you jumpstart that change.

Kitkat: Significantly, I think that they just want to have a fresh start. Cutting her hair symbolizes forgetting what has taken place, and the new look means a new and positive outlook on things.

What’s the best thing have you done to any part of your body, and why?

Ruffa: The most amazing thing I have done to my body is Laser Lipo by Belo. My arms are more flattering from being so chunky and full. Of course, I would only recommend doing it with the best. Someone I can trust who is an expert on Lipo like Dra. Vicki Belo.

Jennylyn: Definitely by exercising and eating right. Aside from that, having undergone Laser Lipo for my arms. I wanted more definition in that area. Super love the quick results!

Grace: For the longest time, I was quite insecure about my chubby arms. Everything I wore was designed and colored to cover my arms and make it look slimmer. After years of exercise and other non-surgical procedure, I finally came up with the courage to push through with laser lipo with Dr. Vicki Belo. Despite my worries and skepticisms, I was absolutely pleased with the results immediately. I was back to work in two days and people noticed how I seemed to have gotten slimmer so quickly! There were changes in my weight but everyone commented, “Grabe, ang payat mo na!”

Angeline: Laser Lipo on my arms. Sulit na sulit. In an instant, ang ganda na ng arms mo; you don’t have to go on a diet or work out in the gym. Cheaper pa than non-surgical slimming. Naging mas confident ako, mas masaya. Whatever will make you happy, do it, as long as you don’t step on other people’s toes.

Empress: Ever since, my problem has been my thighs. They would tease me because my thighs daw were not in proportion with the rest of my body, so I decided to undergo Laser Lipo by Belo. Now, I can wear shorts and mini-skirts with confidence.

Kitkat: Laser Lipo on my waist. I’m super happy with it and I feel more confident. What I like about Laser Lipo is that besides its fast results, it removes fats in the areas where you don’t want them. Before, straight ‘yung figure ko so I requested Dr. Vicki Belo to sculpt my body. Hayun, nagkaroon ng curves! Barbie-looking na ako bigla!

If you were to have the body of another woman (although yours is already perfect), whose body would it be and why?

Ruffa: I would definitely choose Heidi Klum. She is stunning! At 41 with three children and a rock-hard body, she hasn’t aged a day!

Jennylyn: I would love to have the body of Maria Sharapova. Super toned and tight!

Grace: I’d love to have a body like Charlize Theron’s. She has perfect proportions. Got to love her long, flawless, slim arms and legs. Sculpted perfectly and so statuesque. She exudes elegance and her swan-like neckline is truly an envy of women.

Angeline: The body of Miley Cyrus. I find so sexy ang pagiging lean and toned ng body niya. I also like it that she doesn’t have any inhibitions in expressing herself. Needless to say, gusto ko rin ang mga songs niya.

Empress: The body of Beyoncé. I love the way she flaunts her assets.

Kitkat: Jennifer Aniston. Besides being sexy, she has a gorgeous face; she’s able to maintain her sexy and toned body despite her age. Her self-confidence enhances her personality.

One word that describes your present state of mind and heart?

Ruffa: Overjoyed!!!

Jennylyn: Contented.

Grace: Grateful.

Angeline: Contented.

Empress: Curious? Hahahaha!

Kitkat: Awesome!
