MANILA, Philippines – Sarah Geronimo, recently hailed by celebrity magazine Yes! as the most beautiful star for 2014, admits she feels the pressure of being a 26-year-old woman.
“Sa totoo lang, ang hirap sa stage ng buhay ko ngayon, I’m 26 years old, nandoon ang pressure, na parang kailangan ganito ka, you have to be independent, and make your own decision at kailangan panindigan mo ‘yan, ganito-ganyan. Ang daming nagsasalita sa utak ko,” the singer-actress told members of the press during the Yes! 100 Most Beautiful Stars launch on Tuesday.

The statement came about after Sarah was asked if she makes mistakes despite her being careful and guarded.
It's been well-reported that the ABS-CBN talent is under close supervision of her parents, particularly her mother Divine.
The 26-year-old singer-actress acknowledges that even though she depends on her family for guidance, she also has to have her own opinion and convictions.
Kailangan matutunan mo rin para maging independent kang tao,” she said.
She also knows that “everything is a risk” and that mistakes have to be made for one to recognize the difference between right and wrong.

How does she find “voice” as a 26-year-old singer-actress?
“Siguro po, it’s a process that I have to go through.
