MANILA, Philippines – Sarah Geronimo says she tries to maintain a balance between her personal life and professional life, now that she admitted her relationship with Matteo Guidicelli to the public.
“Balanse lang po. Kumbaga, alam naman natin ang priorities ng isa't isa,” she said at the sidelines of the Yahoo! Celebrity Awards 2014 on Friday, July 18. “Kami'y nasa industriyang ito so kailangan balansehin lang namin ang time ng bawat isa.”

Sarah revealed she is in a relationship with the ABS-CBN actor last June. This is the first time the 25-year-old artist opened up about her love life, after being linked to actors Gerald Anderson and Rayver Cruz in the past.
Asked by a reporter if this is the “happiest ever time ever” in her life, the singer-actress said: “Masaya naman po ako. Pero yung happiest, syempre hindi naman tayo nagrereklamo pero marami pa tayong gustong gawin para sa pamilya natin, para sa sarili natin.”
She also said she has still has insecurities. “Parang hindi yata matatapos yang insecurities. Marami pa tayong gustong gawin for my personal growth,” Sarah explained.
“Oo, andito tayo sa business na ito pero marami pa tayong gustong ma-accomplish,” she added.
Would she consider all the good things happening in her life as “perfect timing?”
“Hindi ko masasagot yan e. Lahat naman ng ginagawa natin, especially pagdating sa love... Love is a risk, di ba, so tignan natin,” Sarah said.
