MANILA, Philippines - Once again, the stage lights up at Palacio de Maynila with Jacqui Magno (photo) in Moonlight and Love Songs. After the success of Jose Mari Chan’s Serenades November of last year, Palacio de Maynila proudly presents the award-winning jazz nightingale as its second installment in its concert series, which is aimed at making Palacio the go-to venue for exciting events in the heart of Manila.
Moonlight and Love Songs, produced with Juanna Banana Productions, Inc., will fill the air with enchanting melodies on July 26, 8 p.m. at the main event hall. It also serves as Jacqui’s birthday concert, and backing her up is the Asosasyon Ng Musikang Pilipino, better known as the A.M.P big band orchestra led by its musical director Mel Villena. Joining Jacqui are violinist John Lesaca and balladeer Rannie Raymundo.
Tickets are priced at P3,000 (for reserved seats with free drink and canape), P2,000 (free seating on a first-come, first-served basis) and P1,000 (gallery).
