Cole Haan with Filipino photographers, artists in Grand Life Philippine campaign

MANILA, Philippines - Cole Haan, an American designer and retailer of premium men’s and women’s footwear, bags and accessories with a deep commitment to craftsmanship, timeless style and design innovation, will launch a collaboration with three of the country’s most sought-after photographers and two notable visual and graphic artists on Feb. 12 to coincide with the launch of its Spring 2014 collection.

Photographers Roy Macam, Jake Versoza and Tom Epperson, together with visual artist Robert Alejandro and graphic designer AJ Dimarucut will display their works based on the theme “The Grand Life” to celebrate the biggest collection of Cole Haan LunarGrand shoes ever to hit the Philippines since its launch by Cole Haan in 2010. They were given a pair of LunarGrands from the Spring 2014 collection to use as inspiration for their work and will be unveiled on Feb. 12 and placed on display in Cole Haan stores in the Philippines.

The LunarGrand is a conceptual clash of past meets future — the unique and seamless fusion of timeless design and futuristic innovation. Incorporating Nike’s innovative ultra-lightweight Lunarlon cushioning system into Cole Haan’s traditional construction techniques, the LunarGrand achieves unrivaled feel, flexibility and movement — redefining how classic dress shoes can move and function in modern urban environments.
