Derek wants privacy over reported break-up with Cristine

MANILA, Philippines - Derek Ramsay chooses to remain mum on his reported split with Cristine Reyes.

In a text message to Philstar.com on Monday, Sept. 30, the Kapatid star said: “I don’t want to make any statement. I want to keep this private. Thanks.”

This is after entertainment news site Philippine Entertainment Portal reported that Derek and Cristine have broken up.

If the couple has indeed broken up, Derek and Cristine were together for just a little over a month, as they became a couple last Aug. 28.

Asked what she likes about Derek during the press conference for her ABS-CBN show “Bukas Na Lang Kita Mamahalin,” Cristine said: “Pareho kaming baliw. Pareho kaming outgoing. Tapos family man siya, iyon yung pinakagusto ko sa kanya.”
