BIO’s Sell This House goes extreme

MANILA, Philippines - People are not the only ones who need makeovers to be presentable; houses need transformations, too. BIO’s all-new series Sell This House: Extreme, airing tonight at 8 and every Wednesday at the same time thereafter, features incredible renovations and jaw-dropping house flips.

An offshoot of the show Sell This House, Tanya Memme and Roger Hazard are back, and this time with two new partners — general contractor Charlie Frattini and designer Daniel Kucan, home experts who are both capable of changing a house from inside-out. The team’s main job is to help homeowners who are having trouble selling their houses by renovating, designing and staging the place.

The episode airing tonight follows Carl and Tina, who have to sell their home to be able to send their child to college. Now it is up to the team to re-design the interiors of the couple’s home to attract buyers.

Finally, May 29’s episode features retirees Jay and Pamela, whose health and financial problems hinder them from renovating their weathered home. Fortunately, the team has a couple of great ideas up their sleeve in order to add value to the house, and thus help the old couple sell it at a price that will allow them to live comfortably.

Sell This House: Extreme is not just about renovating houses; it is also a show about repairing the lives of people. Thanks to Memme, Hazard, Frattini and Kucan’s knack for flipping houses, families are able to sell their homes in a bad economy, and at prices that will allow them to start all over.
