MANILA, Philippines - Just in time for last-minute shopping, the European Wines & Liquor (wholesaler and retailer) opened a few days before Christmas Day (at #6 Otis 888 Residences, Paz M. Guanzon St., Paco, Manila), so named because it sells all European products (not only wines). A wine-tasting was held from Dec. 21 to 24.
