MANILA, Philippines - The Bangkero Festival, set for March 27 to 31, will kick off with a display of spangled watercrafts in fluvial parade and the launching of the River Trade Fair highlighting the town’s delicacies and products.
Also to be held is the search for Ginoong Bangkero 2012, and the Lakan and Bb. Pagsanjan 2012.
Mayor Girlie J. Ejercito (a.k.a. Maita Sanchez, photo), wife of Laguna Gov. E.R. Ejercito, is on top of the celebration.
