MANILA, Philippines - KC Concepcion recently stayed at the Mövenpick Resort and Spa while in Cebu for the auditions of X-Factor, ABS-CBN’s upcoming talent reality show. She was also treated to a special wine-pairing dinner created by the resort’s resident chef Jennie Lorenzo, the fi rst Filipino Michelin Star Chef and celebrity chef Terry Styles Dinner was served at Seas, one of Mövenpick’s dining outlets, and each course was perfectly matched with a glass of Manny O Wines.
Hamachi Sashimi, Salmon Nigiri, Seared Scallops in Truffl e Balsamic Dressing, Wagyu Beef and Broiled Bass, and Chocolate Fudge and Berry Cheesecake, were among the delectable selections that completed the fourcourse dinner. The Agapitos Rosé, the Discipulus Blanc, Bibulus, and Celebrus by Manny O Wines complemented each course. Raving about the dinner at Seas on Twitter, wine-loving KC tweeted each course and each wine paired with it. All wines were personally chosen by Manny Osmeña himself from among his awardwinning Manny O Wines, which has to date received 51 awards from seven countries.
