MANILA, Philippines - Miss Philippines of 1962 Cynthia Ugalde was recently chosen Outstanding Mother of 2011 during an event at Batasan Hills, Quezon City. She’s shown with her husband Dr. Oscar Tan and their only daughter Camille. The Tans have moved back to the Philippines from California where they lived for several years. Cynthia used to appear in Sampaguita Pictures (Birds of Paradise with Josephine Estrada, also a Miss Philippines, etc.) until she got married.
