MANILA, Philippines - Filipinos felt a sense of déjà vu when Typhoon Pedring hit Metro Manila and northern provinces last week that reminded them of how Ondoy and Milenyo ravaged many cities few years ago. Did these past experiences help prepare Filipinos when Pedring came?

Meanwhile, reporter Jenny Reyes traverses the routes of Cordillera on her bike to show a disaster-hit Baguio and an extremely different picture of the Summer Capital of the Philippines. She will join bikers who seek to reforest the mountainous region.
