MANILA, Philippines - Cory Quirino is among the celebrities who have experienced the goodness of fresh pasta at Bistro Ravioli. She will feature the restaurant in a segment of her Studio 23 show The Good Life with Cory Quirino on July 9 at 9:30 a.m.
Bistro Ravioli is the first and only full-service casual dining restaurant in the country to offer fresh pasta, and expand the Filipino diner’s Italian cuisine experience beyond spaghetti with tomato-based sauce. Before Bistro Ravioli opened in 2009, ravioli (a type of stuffed pasta) dishes were offered only in hotels and high-end restaurants.
From a stand-alone kiosk called Ravioli in the Food Court of Robinsons Galleria, Bistro Ravioli has branches in Mall of Asia and Robinsons Ermita. A third branch will open on the second floor of Glorietta 3, Ayala Center. By the end of June, it will carry on the tradition of serving only fresh ingredients and pasta will be made on-site and on demand every day in full view of diners and passers-by.
