MANILA, Philippines - Former member of Circus Band Jacqui Magno (photo) takes center stage at Merk’s Place on April 27. Jacqui has been in the music scene in the ’70s and has performed here and abroad. In the recent years, Jacqui has been guesting in corporate shows around the metro.
