For those who prefer eating seafood, Ladera Grill’s Tilapiang Binusog sa Laing is for you. Stuffed with fresh laing, the breaded dish is sure to be a kiddie favorite, its crunchiness make eating fish a treat.

For those who seek the exotic side of Filipino food fare, the Barbecued Kuhol Sa Gata is a must-try. The de-shelled river snails are first barbecued, to bring out their fresh, juicy and perfectly seasoned flavor and then sautéed in gata. Chili fingers give the dish a spicy kick that makes everyone who eats the dish keep coming back for more.
