MANILA, Philippines - Ali Sotto and Butch Francisco lead showbiz and sports personalities who will grace the general homecoming of the University of Santo Tomas Artlets alumni tomorrow, Feb. 19 at the Quadricentennial Park of the 400-year-old institution. Dubbed ab@fb (artlets’ bash at full-blast) 2011, it features a photo/art/book exhibit and a film showing of Cesar Apolinario’s Puntod at St. Raymund’s Bldg. A holy Mass, dinner and show hosted by Ali and Butch highlight the affair.
According to Teddy Pereña, president of the UST Artlets Alumni Association, cagers Cyrus Baguio of Alaska and Dylan Ababou of Smart-Gilas are part of a panel discussion in the Globe Telecoms sponsored event.
Also performing are Brod Pete and the Rainmakers with Sandra Aguinaldo and Arnold Clavio doing a newscast-type portion in the homecoming which is also being supported by Burlington BioFresh, SMC and Bayantel.
