MANILA, Philippines - The 2011 Miss Cebu candidates are shown with Plantation Bay Resort & Spa general manager Efren Belarmino when they were presented at the Cebu News Forum 888 held in Marco Polo Hotel recently. The Miss Cebu winner will help promote tourism development in the province. Forum 888 acknowledged the achievement of the PBRS as one of the recipients (for the third consecutive year) of the prestigious ‘Conde Nast Traveler Reader’s Choice Award,’ given to the Top 20 resorts in Asia.
