A healthy, happy lifestyle

MANILA, Philippines - Universal Robina Corp.’s (URC) latest powdered iced tea mix C2 Green Leaf recently launched its TV commercial, created by trailblazing advertising agency PC&V Communications, Inc., the creative force behind a long list of well-loved URC commercials. Created around the line “Green means go,” the commercial encourages families to enjoy the healthy, delicious goodness of green tea.

According to Kat Gomez-Limchoc, creative director of PC&V, the team banked on the one word that inspires positivity and brings out the go-getter attitude in active families — GO! “The commercial is really all about encouraging a healthy and happy lifestyle for the family, and sharing that sense of fun and adventure that you can enjoy with loved ones,” she said. “We also want to show them that they are free to try new things together, because there’s really nothing to stop the family from enjoying life.”

It featured endearing scenes of mom giving the go signal to her kids’ everyday adventures, from wanting to go out and play to joining the local family fun run. “Moms can be a bit cautious when giving their kids permission to do the things that they enjoy. I hope that with this commercial, we are able to convey the message that it’s okay to let the kids run around with friends and go out to play, and that it’s okay to encourage the family to start new endeavors that can help them to bond and grow,” she said.
