For its first episode, Ang Pilipinas Ngayon gave emphasis on how government’s efforts in infrastructure development have spurred the economy and improved the economic activity of our people.
It also underscored the significant benefits that even ordinary folks enjoy as a result of the construction of new road networks and the upgrading and modernization of transportation facilities that reduced travel time and opened up transportation alternatives for many.
Foremost among this advancements were the convenience and economic viability given the common Filipino people who can now travel over the country by land and sea without changing rides through the Strong Republic Nautical Highway’s roll on-roll off projects.
The program resumes tonight with education and health and housing as its main focus.
