MANILA, Philippines - Victoria Lott, popularly known as Pixie Lott (photo) owes her mom for her catchy nickname. She was born very tiny hence, her mother tagged her as such and there is no other name as catchy as that to serve as her banner for her entrance to the music industry.

She skyrocketed in Billboard and iTunes charts with her hit single, Mama Do (Uh Oh Uh Oh).

Besides her hit singles, Mama Do and her new hit, Boys and Girls, Pixie is also recognized by her renditions of Poker Face (Lady Gaga), Use Somebody (Kings of Leon) and Apologize (One Republic).

Her modest ambitions of performing in amazing places and meeting amazing people leaps and bounds to a whole new dimension as she also performed with All American Rejects, Hoobastank, Boys Like Girls and Kasabian for MTV’s MTV World Stage.

Her debut album Turn It Up features 12 songs and is available in Odyssey, Astrovision and Music One stores. Her songs are also available for download via WAP.
