No KC video

MANILA, Philippines – In a country where gossip travels faster than light, expect interesting twists and turns to current issues.

In the wake of the sex videos involving Dr. Hayden Kho and Katrina Halili (and two other girls who haven’t come out yet, one an ABS-CBN starlet and the other a Brazilian model), other names have cropped up as also having their own “videos,” including Rufa Mae Quinto (denied), Bea Alonzo (denied), Phoemela Baranda (denied) and KC Concepcion (photo).

The thing to do is to trash those rumors as just that — trash.

Meanwhile, The Belo Medical Group has issued the following statement:

In light of recent rumors surrounding the actress KC Concepcion and The Belo Medical Group, we would like to categorically state that Ms. Concepcion has never visited any of our branches at any time. Likewise, we wish to reiterate that The Belo Medical Group has never used any device, whether video or audio, to secretly record the activities of its patients.

We challenge anyone to present proof of this absurd allegation, confident that no such evidence exists. There is no logical reason why a business of our size, track record and reputation would ever invest in such a worthless endeavor. More importantly, we value and uphold the privacy of our clients.

We strongly condemn all those responsible for spreading this harmful gossip. Furthermore, we cannot help but wonder why anyone would wish to tarnish the reputation of Ms. Concepcion and The Belo Medical Group based solely on false hearsay.  — RICKY LO
