Dale Talde

MANILA, Philippines – Leading food show Top Chef: Chicago returns with 16 new chefs. The show airs Wednesday nights at 10 on 2nd Avenue.

Among the crop of 16 rising chefs from across the country ready to take on the windy city is our very own Dale Talde, a Chicago native who works as the sous chef at New York resto Buddakan, who makes halo-halo in one of the upcoming episodes.

Making their return to the kitchen are cookbook author, actress and host Padma Lakshmi who presides over the judge’s table alongside head judge Tom Colicchio, renowned culinary figure and chef/owner, Craft Restaurants, judge Gail Simmons, of Food & Wine Magazine and judge Ted Allen, food and wine ambassador for Robert Mondavi Private selection wines.

Meanwhile, Jerry Bruckheimer presents the startling new series Eleventh Hour, aired at 10 p.m. every Wednesday on C/S Origin.

Based on the British miniseries by acclaimed writer Stephen Gallagher, it follows Dr. Jacob Hood (Rufus Sewell), a brilliant biophysicist and special science advisor to the government who is called upon at the 11th hour as the last line of defense when there are those who would abuse and misuse scientific discoveries and breakthroughs for their own gain.

Joining Hood is Special Agent Rachel Young (Marley Shelton) as the decorated FBI protection officer assigned to watch his back.
