Is Igi Boy after Maja

Is Igi Boy, son of Aga Muhlach and Janice de Belen courting Maja Salvador? Talks have it that Igi is eyeing the young actress and has been sending text messages. “He just texted me like he was asking if it was my number. But I didn’t reply. Hindi naman sa dedma ako, pero, hindi talaga ako pala-reply.” Maja says it’s not the looks, but the person’s character. “Kung masaya ok, kung napapatawa ang tao. Hindi po naman kami nagkita ng personal. He has not also invited me out for a date.” Maja remembers seeing Igi Boy way, way back. “I was then only around 15 years old. Kumain kami sa labas kasama ang manager ko.”

Dina finds Kristine nice

Dina Bonnevie says she has nothing against Kristine Hermosa, rumored girlfriend of her son Oyo. “I have nothing against Kristine. She’s a beautiful person inside and out. She’s nice. She’s very, very sweet. Ang ayoko lang, kasi may nangyaring gulo. Somebody confronted Oyo ‘Hoy asawa ng kaibigan ko yan.’ So iwas gulo na lang. I told Oyo, ‘Baka mapatay ka pa.’ Huwag mong pakialaman ang hindi sa yo.”

Dina said Kristine frequents their house. “Kristine comes around but they are good friends. Maybe for a while they were going out. Magkaibigan sila.”

Proud Mama Camille

Camille Prats’ baby boy Nathan celebrated his first birthday at Blue Leaf Pavilion in Taguig. Celebrities and their children attended the star-studded affair like Danica and Mark Pingris, Tanya Garcia, Mylene Dizon, and Carlene Aguilar. Also present were John Prats and Shaina Magdayao. Camille told everyone baby Nathan is smart. She might allow him to do commercials and TV shows when the right time comes. “Kung talagang hilig niya, wala akong magagawa.”

Camille also revealed their plan to build their dream house. “That’s why we’re saving money.We want to build our dream house.”

Diether’s girlfriend

Diether Ocampo looked happy and healthy during the charity event he tendered for cancer patients. The hunk is now open about his new girlfriend Rema Lorza and it won’t be long that he will have to introduce his new girl to the public. “I asked her if it’s okay to introduce her one of these days. And she said, yes, when the right time comes.”

Diet also talked about his annulment case with Kristine Hermosa. “I am praying for positive results.” He also said he and Kristine are now friends. “I’m happy for you, you’re happy for me. Let’s all be happy.”

Spelling Bee

Carla Guevarra-Laforteza, one of the country’s finest musical theater performers, recently received rave reviews from every newspaper in Singapore for the dual roles of Kate Monster/Lucy The Slut in Avenue Q which played at Esplanade Theater last November.

She returns to the Philippine stage in Atlantis Productions’ staging of the hit Tony Award Winning Musical Comedy the 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee where she plays Olive Ostrovsky, a young newcomer to competitive spelling whose best friend is her dictionary.

Spelling Bee is a hilarious tale of overachievers’ angst that chronicles the experience of six adolescent outsiders vying for the spelling championship of a lifetime. During the competition, they learn that winning isn’t everything and that losing doesn’t make you a loser. Spelling Bee won two Tony Awards including Best Book of a Musical.

Each night, Spelling Bee will also feature two surprise celebrity guests along with two audience volunteers who will join the cast as on-stage guest spellers. Each new foursome guarantees that each night will be a truly unique, unforgettable experience.

Also in the cast are Joel Trinidad, Cathy Azanza, Noel Rayos, Rycharde Everley, Felix Rivera, Pheona Baranda, Thea Tadiar Everley and Johan Dela Fuente.
