Richard Merk paints the holiday season with warmth through Merk Christmas, a compilation of well-loved Christmas tunes.
Merk Christmas brings a festive holiday mood, made extra meaningful with his rendition of O Come All Ye Faithful, Silver Bells, The First Noel, Hark The Herald Angels Sing, O Holy Night and Have Yourself A Merry Christmas.
Also in the album is Richard’s original composition Manna. With additional lyrics by Jacqui Magno and arrangement by Toti Fuentes, Manna is actually Richard and wife Roni Tapia-Merk’s eight-year-old daughter. The song speaks of a father’s utmost admiration for his child, and is reminiscent of the Biblical blessings and gift of life.
Richard is donating part of the proceeds of the CD to Children’s Hour.
