On Dec. 19, 9 p.m., Nonoy Zuñiga and Mark Bautista will team up for a special show at the Music Museum. Titled All Those Ballads, it will see the two of them displaying their vocal prowess. Joining them is Basil Valdez as guest.
He may be a newbie compared to the other two, but Mark is no slouch as far as singing is concerned. Mark has now a successful career. With three bestselling albums tucked under his belt, and a slew of successful concerts and movies, Mark is slowly but surely making his mark in the local entertainment scene.
Mark has said in interviews that he derives inspiration from both Nonoy and Basil. How can he not, when the former boasts of a storied career that has spanned more than three decades? Nonoy has also received many awards, thanks largely in part to the hits he has. Who can forget such classic songs as Never Ever Say Goodbye, Doon Lang and Kamusta Ka to name a few?
Basil is one of the country’s top male singers. He started as a member of Circus band in 1970 before releasing his debut solo album Ngayon At Kailanman.
The teamup of Nonoy, Basil and Mark will make for an exciting show at the Music Museum.
Tickets are available at Music Museum Ticketron and all TicketWorld outlets (with tel. no. 891-9999).
