CEBU, Philippines - The keenly-awaited Kopiko Astig 3-in-1 Supercross National Series will kick off today at the South Road Properties with over 200 riders including some foreign daredevils seeing action.
Man and Machine Racing Promotions big boss Jonas Adlawan did not expect such overwhelming response of the riders not only here in Cebu but from other parts the country.
Five European riders under J.O Racing Denmark will also be taking part in the two-day battle.
Glenn Aguilar, one of the country’s most decorated riders, and most of the seasoned riders except for Kenneth San Andres are joining in too.
Even without San Andres, Jon-Jon Adlawan is still expected to be in his best being a Kopiko endorser and Cebu's homegrown bet in the event sanctioned by the National Motorcycle Sports and Safety Association (NAMSSA).
“Hopefully, some other companies will also help up with this series kay grabe gyud ang response sa mga riders, they’re excited,†said Jonas Adlawan. (FREEMAN)
