CEBU, Philippines - Tito Lerio and Andrew Cañete led the winners of the 3rd Pink Tee Golf Tournament played Friday at the Cebu Country Club.
Lerio fired a gross 88 and finished with a net score of 62 to win the lowest net honors.
Cañete for his part had nines of 36 and 38 to bag the lowest gross plum.
The class A title went to Toby Florendo with a net score of 69.
First runner-up was Didi Tiu with a net score of 74 edging Joel Yamyamin in the countback. Yamyamin settled for the second runner-up honors.
Guilbert Purcia fired a gross 81 and finished with a net 64 to bag the top honors for class B.
First runner-up was Julio Gonzalez with a net score of 65 while second runner-up was Noel Santos with 68 strokes.
The class C plum went to Jun Tacocong with a net score of 65 followed by Rex Catipay as first runner-up with his net 67. The second runner-up honors went to Rolly de la Pieza with a net score of 68 edging Regan King and Max Reyes.
The ladies’ division crown went to Lee Moon Soon with a net score of 69. First runner-up was Batch Hernandez with a net 70 followed by Son Hye Seon on second runner-up with a net score of 72.
Virgie Lou Hwang won the special prize for nearest the pin on hole number 3 leaving 91 inches for a birdie on the par-3 holes.
The longest drive plum went to another lady, Angel Macam, who hit the longest tee shot on hole number 8. (FREEMAN)
