CEBU, Philippines - Over P30,000 in cash prizes are at stake for the top performers in the Juscar's Cup 2011 mountainbike competition, which will kick off tomorrow at the Talisay City Hall grounds.
The champions in the MTB Open and Racer A will both take home P5,000, while the second third will pocket P3,000 and P1,000, respectively. The fourth to fifth will get P500 and P200, while the sixth to 10th finishers will receive a consolation prize of P100 each.
The other categories featured include the MTB B, Racer B, Racer C and Laspagay MTB. The first placers in MTB B and Racer B will receive P3,000, while the second to third will earn P2,000 and P1,000.
Winners in the other divisions will also receive corresponding prizes.
The one-day race is organized by overall chairman Billy Nacario supported by event coordinator Benjie Cabigas, financer officer Jimmy Cañeda and Cardinal Lim.
