CEBU, Philippines - The country’s top tennis players return to Cebu for the staging of the 2011 Cebuana Lhuillier Men’s Tennis Circuit at the Baseline Sports and Recreation Center from April 10 to 17.
Leading the cast in this national event are defending champion Johnny Arcilla, Elbert Anasta and Patrick John Tierro.
Arcilla, Anasta and Tierro are expected to pour in everything they’ve got after playing for the country in the Davis Cup Asia/Oceania Zone Group 1 tie against Japan recently at Plantation Bay Resort and Spa.
Aside from the three, other players under the top 16 in the PHILTA rankings will also see action just like the previous years.
The week-long event features the men’s singles, doubles and seniors doubles category.— (FREEMAN)
