In the distaff side, Getaruelas will have as opponent Milo Marathon champion Estella Diaz-Mamac of Davao City.
Also up for the women's title are Madelyn Carter, Mary Rose Arman of USPF and Merlita Arias.
Aside from the men and women's open, other classes include the master A and B and the executive class.
A separate category for ASEAN delegates is also set.
Cash prizes, trophies and medals will be up for grabs in the event organized by the Cebu City Sports Commission, which is expecting more than 300 runners.
