Garcia, Noynay shine in Talisay Fiesta race

Allan "Lantay" Garcia and Jaime Noynay shared the limelight after winning in their respective categories in the Talisay City Fiesta race over the weekend.

Garcia grabbed the victory after breaking away two laps to go in the 15-lap action.

Behind Garcia was Neil Duhaylungsod and Ciano Dignos came out third. Richard Patalinghug and Art Lambo were fourth and fifth placers, respectively.

On the other hand, Jaime Noynay grabbed the class C title from Jong Sepulveda.
