Classification of riders will be identified by the Maasin City-based HiTorque Cycling Club along with Cebu's RECYCLE Club.
Last year's champion under class B, Sanckoy Ontanillas of Bikehub is ready to defend his throne.
Ontanillas and the field will be competing for two days in the individual time trial and road race.
Action starts with the ITT covering Hilongos, Inopacan and back for a total of 30 kilometers.
The following day, cyclists will be pouring their energies for the road race on a rolling hill course.
Participants in class C will be pedalling for 70 kilometers in the road race while A and B riders will be testing one other for 134 kilometers.
The 70-kilometer race will be taking the main roads of Hilongos and Maasin and back while the 130-kilometer distance will be involving Hilongos-Maasin, Padre Burgos, Tomas Oppus, Bato and back.
Stage winners and overall top performers will be getting cash prizes and trophies and or jerseys.
