CEBU, Philippines - To bring the services of Pag–IBIG Fund closer to its members, the Cebu North Branch office recently conducted a two-day Mobile Service Desk activity at Cebu Mitsumi Inc. in Danao City.
Pag-IBIG Fund offered services such as membership verification, printout of the Employee’s Statement of Accumulated Value (ESAV), conduct of several sessions of Fund orientation or briefing, online membership registration, receiving of MPL applications, printout of the Statement of loan balance, marketing of the acquired properties, and housing loan counseling.
The two-day Mobile Service Desk benefited 100 members. Six fund briefings were attended by at least 60 Cebu Mitsumi employees per session.
At least 124 clients requested for printouts of their ESAV and 112 members requested for their loan balance statements.
Pag-IBIG Fund enforcement staff also conducted enforcement mapping in several employers in Danao City for two days.
Meanwhile, the Loans Contributions Management and Recovery Division (LCMRD) staff also delivered collection notices to several companies around Danao City.
The Pag–IBIG Fund Cebu North Branch plans to hold the same activity in companies with large employee bases or other strategic areas in Cebu North on a regular basis.
The Mobile Service Desk activity was attended by department manager Jovelita V. Custodio, assistant department manager for operations Engr. Sulpicio C. Villegas, provident benefits division chief Sara Eloisa G. Javier, marketing and enforcement division chief Ma. Salve P. Ceniza and staff from the various divisions. (FREEMAN)
