CEBU, Philippines – A teen age boy was shot in the head by a still unidentified man in Barangay Lawaan, Alcantara at around 10 in the evening last Tuesday.
Markbhel Bajo, 17 years old and a resident of Barangay Candabong, Alcantara, went to a house owned by a certain "Randy" to watch television when the assailant went near him and fired three times.
The Alcantara Police, in a report, stated that the victim was standing in front of the door when the shooting happened.
The assailant immediately fled and the police are still trying to find out his identity and the reason for the attack.
Bajo was rushed to the Badian District Hospital but he died along the way.
"Wa pa matino kun kinsa ang nagpatay kay nag- purong man gud ang suspetsado," said PO2 Herbert Lamosao. (We have yet to identify the triggerman, whose head was covered during the attack.) (FREEMAN)
