Marikim Solicar Alao, of sitio Bangkirohan of the said barangay, was killed after being shot by Rodrigo Dalagan Alog, a security guard with Alywin Security and Detective Agency Corporation, currently assigned to Colorado Shipyard.

SPO2 Nelson Ducay, chief investigator of Consolacion police station, said that before the incident the victim and his friends Gerome Arita and Ralph Bomento, both also minors, allegedly agreed to go to the shipyard to get scrap metal.

The three got on a banca and rowed to the shipyard.
