21 rounded up in Kamagayan raid

CEBU, Philippines - At least 18 males and three females were arrested by the elements of the Task Force Motorsiklo last Tuesday night in barangay Kamagayan, Cebu City.

A team led by Supt. Pablo Labra II, deputy chief for operations of the Cebu City Police Office conducted a saturation drive against all forms of illegal activities in the area that resulted to the arrest of the suspects who were caught having in their possession several disposable syringes and ampules of one of the most abused drugs, Nubain.

Arrested were Emiliano Taer, 19; Arnold Cabarubias, 25; Jessrel Sator, 33; Jolly Bien Sasuman, 18; Marvin Diola, 26; Justin Salabar, 26; Eliseo Corro, 43; Christian Sanchez, 49; Lyndon Alicane, 42; Rey Escomo, 35; Joselito Espina, 40; Cesar Kuizon, 39; Noriel Caballes, 28; Lorence Eronico, 32; Roel Roa, 27; Pablo Ruizon, 29; Mark Rivera, 28 and Gurdave Patalinghug, 23. They came from different barangays of the city.

Labra’s team also rounded up May-ann Rosales, 20, of Barangay Kalunasan; Michelle Kintanar, 22, of Centro, Carcar and Joan Milano, 20, of Baybay Leyte who were just loitering around the area when the police operation was conducted.

During the raid, one functional and three non-functional video karrera machines with Dragon Logo were also confiscated together with nine functional Moli-moli machines with different logos and one monitor with Dragon logo.
