CEBU, Philippines - The Department of Agrarian Reform brings back its radio program “Agrarian Reform Karon” on air over its partner radio station in Cebu.
This is to once again be of reach to their clients in rural areas in Cebu who they find to be in need of information about the current agrarian programs offered by DAR.
“Agrarian Reform Karon” is now aired over dyLA 909 kiloHertz in Cebu on Tuesdays and Fridays at 9 a.m. anchored by Rossana Gay Visitacion, information officer of DAR Cebu Provincial Office.
“Kalihukang Agraryo sa Negros Oriental” will start airing on March 1, this year, over dyWC Radyo Bandilyo on Fridays at 5 a.m., while DAR Bohol Provincial Office will anchor “DARna” which will start airing also on March 1 over dyRD 1161 kHz. The program starts at 11 a.m. every Thursday.
DAR invites the public specially farmers, students, landowners, the media, and all stakeholders to tune in to the programs so they may be updated with the laws, rules and regulations regarding the implementation of the CARP, and other related policies.
