Starting February 4, Pag-Ibig Cebu branch members will have alternative ways to file Multi-Purpose Loan (MPL) applications.
Pag-Ibig Cebu branch information officer Van Pepito said that members can submit MPL applications through their Drop Box-24/7, by fax or by electronic mail.
The Drop Box 24/7 facility can be availed of after office hours and during weekends and holidays. The loan proceeds for this type of facility will be released through checks or through their ATM account with the LandBank of the Philippines.
Those who want to apply by fax should send their MPL application form and supporting documents through fax nos. 232-9657 or 415-5002. Members who use the fax facility of applying for a loan must submit the original MPL application form and supporting documents upon claiming their check.
Members who wish to apply for an MPL through electronic mail, meanwhile may send a scanned copy of their MPL application form and supporting documents to pagibigmplcebu@yahoo.com and should submit the original copies upon claiming their check.
The processing time for the abovementioned MPL application facilities is one working day for new loans and three working days for loan renewals. (PR)
