Residents at the corner of General Maxilom Avenue and Echavez Street, and in neighboring areas are experiencing low supply of water due to the damage in the main pipeline of the Metropolitan Cebu Water District.
On the other hand, Mandaue City also encountered wide water interruption due to the problem in the main pipeline serving the area.
Affected areas even reached Consolacion because the main well that covers the area was forced to stop its operation because of the repairs.
But Terry Andaya, information officer of the MCWD, assured that they are trying their best to solve the problem today.
