Town cops nab 2 in buy bust, robbery suspect in Liloan falls

The San Fernando town policemen arrested two suspected drug pushers in a buy bust operation Wednesday, the same day when the Liloan Police finally collared the suspect who robbed a man almost a month ago.

The two drug pushing suspects, Bregan Sabayton Manloloyo, 46, and Felix Baricuatro Erida, 50, fell into the trap of the San Fernando policemen during a buy bust in the town right after they sold packs of shabu to a police poseur buyer.

Confiscated from the suspects' possession were two packets of shabu and the marked money used in the operation. The suspects are now detained at the town police stockade.

In Liloan last Wednesday also, the town policemen finally solved a March 29 robbery incident in the town, with the arrest of a robbery suspect and recovery of the victim's stolen items.

The police went to barangay Pusok, Liloan and arrested the 21-year-old suspect, Roy Salvacion Villarin, who was reportedly a native of Matina, Davao City.

Later at the police, the 26-year-old victim Jose Vincent Lauron, positively identified Villarin as the one who held him up at gunpoint almost a month ago.

Recovered from Villarin, after a body search, were the victim's wallet, gold necklace, several photographs, four small packs containing shabu, four rolled aluminum tin foil strips, bundle of rolled papers, and P150 cash.
