Susan Jacalan was arrested during a buy-bust operation by the Miscellaneous team of the Fuente police station based on a arrest issued by Regional Trial Court Branch 15 judge Fortunato de Gracia.
The policemen confiscated 33 small sachets of suspected shabu from the suspect after she was searched. They also arrested her sister Leonora, 35, for obstruction of justice after she pulled her sister away from the law enforcers and told her to escape.
PO3 Edwin Tapero, who served the warrant of the suspect said Jacalan's frequent customers are mostly conductors and drivers infront of the City Link Terminal. He added whenever they could caught a drug user, Susan's name would always come up.
