Are you having problems in selling a property and convert it to cash? Try feng shui!
Some authors try hard to discuss this subject of selling real estate but to no effect. Why? They do not have the right skills and knowledge, let alone the attitude, for the right feng shui in selling a property.
First, here are cut-and-dried recommendations by numerous feng shui "experts" that border on either superstition or the law of attraction that may or may not work:
? Writing the word "SOLD" across a photograph of the property to be sold, as if it was already sold! Law of attraction method in this regard, by putting it on your personal vision or bulletin board across your desk.
? Staging a property for sale:
a. Putting healthy and vibrant plants at every back corner of the living and dining areas of the property, especially house for sale or condo.
b. Clearing all clutter and ensuring ergonomic, easy movement especially if there is furniture.
c. If the kitchen is furnished, making sure all the stove burners, and other cooking appliances are spotlessly clean and shiny!
? Keeping your faith and praying for the sale using religious items; if you are Roman Catholic, bury a St. Joseph statue near your "for sale" sign or right in front of the door of the property for sale. Why? Symbolic of good carpentry and quality of the place from Catholic urban legends. Then comes the feng shui principles:
? Make sure your property listing is compatible with your lucky direction, if not; put a small mirror atop the main door to filter negative vibes.
? Staging the property using feng shui depends on the actual recommendations of an authentic expert. Specifying the proper paint colors per section of the house if need be, proper kitchen layout and plant decors along with garden landscape features where applicable!
? Instead of the urban legend of St. Joseph among Catholics, or sometimes St. Benedict medal; use the left-paw-raised feng shui money cat facing the main door from inside the property - to beckon sales. The principles apply both in leasing or selling properties, the estate of both the living or the dead.
But a comprehensive feng shui for selling property does not involve only those tips! Complementary to those are the proper feng shui of the seller's house and office. For all you know the hindrances of bad feng shui exist in any of these places or even both (think nagging wives or mother-in-laws or overbearing sibling rivalries in case of estate properties for sale).
So to ensure successful sales using feng shui even for developers, it is a tripartite feng shui template: the place for sale, your office (even home office) and your house (main house only). Now you know why you have been helter skelter all along! For successful examples on this matter:
? A taipan's brother wanted to sell his warehouse, all it took was to whitewash the surrounding fence inside and in a week's time - it was sold!
? Same taipan's brother wanted to dispose of his inherited Wack Wack home in Greenhills, Metro Manila, that has been on the block for 7 long years! Only curing three spiral staircases inside it and putting a giant money cat facing the maindoor made him sell it in a jiffy right before the Thai financial crisis. As in, today he sells it for Php 60 million, tomorrow the market crashed due to dollar devaluation resulting to its market value diminishing down to 47 percent only! What a steal of a hedge for him, right? By using feng shui.
? An Ayala Alabang homeowner quickly wanted to sell his house inasmuch as they had to migrate to Canada. A teeny weeny concealed money cat by the front flowerpot did the successful sale. Next day he calls to report that a buyer came by early that morning who didn't bargain, got the house for Php 26 million (back then) but asked for the cute cat that didn't escape his attention!
? A realtor client wanted success in selling, taught her these secrets, had a stock of money cats which she placed individually on each of her listing for sale after proper feng shui of her home and home office, and now lives happily ever after smiling all the way to the bank after numerous jackpot sales of her listings!
? Even a spa for sale using these techniques was quickly sold after two long years of waiting by franchisee owner who wanted to migrate to the USA!
But remember to be feng shui compliant if you want solid not botched closed sales in property selling! Wishing you all the success in selling your property! Good Luck!
