CEBU, Philippines - The 107th birthday anniversary of the late lady president of the University of the Visayas was celebrated last March 13 with a Mass held at the UV gym, attended by faculty members, students and personnel. Forty-five communicants received Holy Communion. After the Mass, the elementary department hosted lunch.
